Little did Erica know she would start her journey into the world of medical billing when she accepted a part-time position at a local wellness center nearly 10 years ago!

As a lifelong athlete managing hypermobility, she is no stranger to pain and injury management. She has a deep appreciation for every physical therapist, chiropractor and acupuncturist who has helped her over the years as a patient. As a former office manager, she has first hand experience helping patients understand their plan coverage while helping providers most effectively bill insurance.

Erica is grateful she can combine her experience as a patient with her expertise as a Certified Professional Biller to help support providers and their administrative staff navigate the insurance side of their practice.

In her spare time you can find her swimming in open water, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their dog Hudson.

Meaghan never expected she’d be working with insurance, let alone helping providers implement their visions for their practices. But while studying anthropology in New Mexico, Meaghan sought acupuncture treatments for worsening back pain, and the rest was history.

Exposure to alternative means of healing was a transformative experience for Meaghan, and she began working in and managing acupuncture practices. She is excited by the challenge of crafting excellent patient experiences by empowering providers to achieve their goals, while centering their patients’ needs.

Meaghan’s goal is to navigate the complexities of insurance management so that providers can focus on treatment, maintaining a work-life balance and eliminating barriers to care.

Meaghan enjoys exploring new hikes, foods, and places with her wife and dog Sprocket.
